A clear picture of what you’re sharing.
This notice covers the public Backbone website and access request, operated by Delegate and Done LLC. The Backbone app and any future service agreement have separate requirements; this form does not enroll you in a paid service.
What we collect
When you request access, we collect your name, email, business name, trade, team size, submission time and the version of this notice. We also record a short campaign source label, when present, and which Get started link you used. Please don’t include customer details in your request.
For abuse prevention, our server derives a keyed hash from the request’s network address. The request rate-limit records are pruned after 24 hours when the next valid submission is processed. Our hosting providers may also process network addresses and technical request logs to run and protect the service.
Why we collect it
We use requests to assess access and setup, contact you about access and terms, and understand which sources bring requests. This is not a newsletter signup. We do not sell request details or use them for shared benchmarking or model training.
Where it goes
Vercel hosts the public website and request endpoint. Supabase stores the requests. Access to request records is restricted to authorized Backbone administrators and infrastructure administrators. We use these providers to operate the site; we do not publish requests.
Account setup and trial records
When online account setup is enabled, your verified account can save your name, business name, trade, team size, trade, timezone and optional business goal. We record signup source, setup completion, trial dates, the offer accepted and approximate last workspace activity. Authorized Backbone administrators can review setup and activation milestones, such as the first saved request or estimate, without a copy of customer job content in the signup dashboard. These records help provide access, support and understand where people get stuck. A signup does not opt you into shared benchmarks, model training or external data licensing.
Cookies and the interactive example
This landing page does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies or local browser storage. The sample workflow runs in your browser, does not send its notes or edits to our server, and clears on refresh. Use fictional details. If you choose “Speak a note” on a supported browser and allow access, your browser’s speech service uses your microphone and may process audio online under that provider’s terms. Backbone does not store audio. You can stop capture or type and paste instead. Hosting infrastructure may process information needed for security and delivery.
Retention and your choices
We retain requests while reviewing account access and managing follow-up. We review the list during account administration and remove records that are no longer needed. There is not yet an automated request-deletion schedule. You can ask to access, correct or delete your request, or stop setup follow-up, by emailing fabsyent@gmail.com. We may need to verify that a request is yours before acting.
What happens next
We’ll review the request and may contact you about fit, access and terms. Submitting this request doesn’t create an app account or authorize a payment. Repeat submissions from the same email do not replace the original details; contact us if you need a correction.
